Warranties and Guarantees

• Hidden Dog Fence offers a one-year Money Back Performance Guarantee: If your pet is not satisfactorily contained within one year, you may receive a refund of the purchase price less the cost of installation and wire. Customer must have complied with all steps of the training process. Dog Guard dealer must have exhausted all resources available to contain the animal. All components of the system must be in original working condition.
• Dog Guard Transmitters carry a lifetime warranty. This warranty includes any defects in the transmitter as well as lightning strikes. This warranty exists for the life of the system. The unit must not have been subject to abuse or misuse.
• Dog Guard Receivers carry a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty includes any defects in the receiver. There is a $100.00 exchange fee after 1 year. The unit must not have been subject to abuse or misuse. (Note: if at any time your dog chews on the receiver, chews it into pieces, or you run over it with the car, please keep receiver and notify us that it needs to be replaced. In that circumstance, there is a $100.00 fee)
• Dog Guard Lightning Protection Units carry a lifetime warranty. This warranty includes any defects to the unit and lightning strikes. This warranty exists for the lifetime of the unit. The unit must not have been subject to abuse or misuse.
• All warranty work will be handled directly by Hidden Dog Fence of Northern MI, LLC.
